Delivery
A favourite course deserves a place at home. Each Parfect piece is printed and framed to order, with care taken from the first proof to the final packaging.
We produce locally in both the UK and Australia. UK orders are printed and framed in the UK, and Australian orders in Australia.
Once you’ve approved your artwork, please allow approximately:

UK: 7 days for delivery.

Australia: 3 weeks for delivery.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Once your piece is dispatched, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Buying for a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion? Get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Returns & changes
Your personalised artwork is created especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised pieces simply because you’ve changed your mind.
Please check your artwork preview carefully before approving it. If you need to change something in your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once production has begun.
If something isn’t right
Your artwork should arrive looking just as it should. If it arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please get in touch with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue and packaging.
We’ll help put things right promptly, including a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under your consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under UK consumer law or the Australian Consumer Law.
